6 Pounds pork roast
1 1/2 tablespoons Hawaiian Sea Salt
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 tsp freshly ground ginger
1/2 medium sized cabbage, chopped
Pierce pork all over with a carving fork; rub in salt, ginger, then liquid smoke. Transfer pork into a slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours or until tender. Add cabbage and cook until done.
